Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facility (RACSF) Training

This course is designed for participant to understand the security requirement in RACSF program, to apply the know-how operation control elements, form both RACSF operator and cargo agent perspectives.

   • ICAO requirement
   • State requirement and Operator’s requirement
   • RACSF program in Hong Kong
2. Requirement for RACSF
   • Application and qualification maintenance
   • Role and responsibility of key parties
   • Security requirement
   • 1. Facility
     2. Screening requirement  (methodology selection, Machine, Screener, control procedure)
     3. Operation control procedure (Identification, Process control, Record)
     4. People security (Staff training and awareness, orientation)
     5. Information security requirement
3. Daily operations controls and measure
   1. Quality assurance system
   2. Maintenance
   3. Fault management
   4. Monitoring, review and improvement
   5. Contingency plan
   6. Contracting and process outsourcing controls

Special note: This training is award baring course, examination passing is 80%

Pre-requisite for attending:

• Aviation Export logistics (ASS1) or equivalent, or
• minimum 1 years participate in Local aviation export operations, or
• 2 years or above in aviation export industry..
